Telecommunication and data infrastructure services

Since the mid 2001, we have been providing high-level telehousing services under the trademark of TTC Teleport. We are fully committed to ensuring that the centre operates at a top quality level on a continuous basis and to providing perfect connectivity and security, as well as reliability of the backup facilities.

Optic fibre links are used in the telehouse in Prague 10 to ensure excellent connectivity to the major national and international telecommunication networks. Access to end customers and connectivity to the networks from the given facility can also be strengthened by wireless links. Neutrality and independence of network operators and service providers is a key advantage of TTC Teleport. Continuous operation at a high level of security is a matter of fact.

The telehousing services of TTC Teleport are primarily intended for virtual telecommunication network operators and for Internet service and application providers who use these services in installing the network and access points (Point of Presence, PoP) and in server hosting. The telehouse can also serve to build memory networks and data archiving capacity for the corporate and public administration clientele. The basic TTC Teleport’s offer also includes customer support: assembly work, maintenance, servicing and (if requested by the customer) operating supervision of the installed equipment.

TTC Teleport is able to arrange or ensure for customers the provision of services by the telecommunication network operators active on the market in the Czech Republic. For telecommunication network operators, in turn, TTC Teleport offers centralised interconnection management by an independent entity, combinations of telecommunication circuits in different networks to build customer loops, interconnections of alternate routes in emergency situations and many other services. Advisory and consultation services are also a part of the integrated approach to customer needs.

Unlike other telehouse operators, we are able to lease additional operating, office and storage space. In addition to the 1000 m² of the telehouse as such, there is an area of another 10,000 m² available on the premises.
