CUSTOMERS SUPPORT section represents an information tool intended for the improvement of the quality of TTC services provided to the client as an added value in order to increase his satisfaction with our products and solutions. It concerns providing information on:

  • products and offered ICT solutions not mentioned elsewhere
  • the structure and content of services
  • the possibility of further technical and system support
  • special courses and training courses under preparation
  • or asking a concrete question to the TTC team of the business and technical support
