.. PCM30U-OCH with module SDH
The ASDH plug-in unit is an access unit with a 2x STM1 line ending and 6x E1, 4x Ethernet 10/100 and 1x E3 tributary flows.
Basic characteristics
The ASDH unit is intended for use in the PCM30U-OCH block, where it enables to include within STM1:
- two E1 flows in NRZ code from a JRx interface unit or a CJAB central unit
- four E1 flows connected via an RM1 interface
- four data flows with an Ethernet 10/100 interface
- one E3 flow connected using an SB1E3 submodule via an RM3 interface or using an OS1, OS2 submodule via an optic interface at a wave length of 1300nm or 1550 nm
- the unit therefore allows to integrate the PCM30U subscriber interfaces and E1, E3, Ethernet subscriber flows to SDH networks in which it can be used as a terminal muldex or an add-drop muldex, with the possibility of 1+1 APS redundancy
- synchronisation signal input and output
- possibility to connect a local supervising channel to the front panel (RS232))
- possibility to connect a supervising channel to the front panel (Ethernet 10/100)
- the unit meets ITU-T recommendations of G.664, G.703, G.704, G.707, G.783 G.957, Ethernet-to-SDH schemes of: GFP - G.7041, LCAS - G.7042, and IEEE802.3
