The TTC holding today represents a significant group of companies around the parent TTC HOLDING, a.s., which has a purely Czech ownership structure.
TTC TELEKOMUNIKACE, s.r.o., whose business activities portfolio includes development, manufacturing, trading and real estate activities in the Czech Republic and abroad, is the oldest original company in the holding.
Another important subsidiary company of the holding is TTC MARCONI s. r. o. 
, joint venture with the largest mobile systems supplier Ericsson. TTC MARCONI significantly contributes to the development of business activities especially in the area of modern telecommunication solutions.
Another TTC holding company, contributing with their specialized focus to broadening the range of products and services, is TTC TELSYS, a.s. It delivers electronics for elevators, telemechanic systems, measuring and test equipment and end user devices.
TTC TELEKOMUNIKACE well as the other holding companies are increasingly focused on providing comprehensive solutions to its customers rather than mere technology deliveries. Examples of such services can be the co-location center TTC TELEPORT, which has been in operation since 2001 and provides data center services and connectivity to all major networks of national and international telecommunications operators.
Other companies of TTC holding focus mainly on operational services and asset management of the whole group.
